America’s Boating Course Spring 2022 – Session 1

Improve Your Boating Skills

& Qualify for the California Boater Card

The Santa Barbara Sail & Power Squadron, your local chapter of the United States Power Squadrons (USPS) is offering a four session class by experienced local mariners on boating that teaches boating basics and safety for recreational boaters (sail, power, PWC, paddle etc.) to you and your crew.  This course is accepted by states requiring NASBLA certification to operate a boat.

This class will be held in person at the Santa Barbara Harbor Classroom (above the Harbor mailroom) unless not permitted by COVID restrictions.  In that case classes will be held using ZOOM. 

There will be 4 weekly sessions starting on Tuesday 3/29 from 7-9pm.
